Autumn Ballet

02 Nov

The leaves are performing their autumn ballet, and I am a delighted admirer.

I’m under the spell of coziness… I crave pumpkin and apple spice, hot cocoa, my favorite blanket… and as the earth around me prepares for a long winter nap, I feel my spirit come alive.

When a sudden whirlwind blows softly through the autumn leaves, it reminds me always of Moses seeing the burning bush, and then for me to renew my calling as a woman, to lead in the order of love, in being the handmaiden of the Lord, like my splendid mother, Mary. Thank you, Jennifer for the photo’s and your contemplative thoughts.

      Dear Ester,
Your comments here always make me smile and thank the Lord for such a gentle, faithful soul as yourself. I’ve never met you, but I know you are a beautiful woman. God bless you and keep you.

I wish I can be a leaf on an autumn tree. That is where my true love lies. My love of autumn and the splendor of its beauty that sings a calm and soothing lullaby.
